Can fused buffs be cleansed?

G1 Megatron is quickly becoming my favorite bot. I love using his sp1 to apply armor break and then immediately fusing it with a heavy attack. I do have one question, though: can a fused buff be cleansed?

    By exo filter, yes if you stack 3 or if the unstoppable timer triggers.

    By Grimlock, only if it's shock.

    If you can somehow fuse it before he purified it, then Grimlock actually is stuck with it, but I don't think the window's wide enough to actually manage it. It behaves the same as those shark frenzy bleeds that never go away.
