Raid inconsistencies

First, let me say, i love this game and look forward to what's to come. I've recently run in to a problem with the raid function. Either I am unlucky or the system in place for raids are broken.
One problem, that I'm sure you're aware of is the revenge button not working and giving an error everytime. Another problem, (and my main concern) is I get attacked more than I can even replenish what was stolen from me. I understand I'm supposed to be raided and I'm fine with that, but at the rate in which I'm getting attacked, it makes it not even worth doing any. I would hope for some sort of cooldown or some system in place to make it not so frustrating or just easier to get resources evened out at the very least.
Any way, if you could look into this I would appreciate it.

The best thing I can tell you is raid in bunches of 3 and spend as you acquire what u need if you need 6k for t2 then even during raid ect when u hit that number hit raid store button and buy.
People can roughly take like 20% or less of your stash actually what they get is more than true value of what you lose. Even with 7000 defense base I get raided 10-20 times a day, but I can also acquire 50-100k in chips so it offsets anything I lose
