Lot of crash today n my all three bots life in am reached 25%

More than 8 time my game crashed today in mid of am..and 4-5 time in mid of fight..which cost all three bots which I use in am.. should there be any improvement from your side so that most of the players in the world can get such problem n don't waste money n energons in repairing those bots whom they even didn't fight with..it's my second time I had post my issue..when will u all listen our problem..please try to fix this crash problem...I have suffered much today in am..8 time crash is alot..fix it please but I know u guys will never do
