Phone get crazy hot with 5.1 update

I know there have been other posts about phones getting really hot, but this has become a really big problem for my phone with the recent update. I have had issues with it off and on the entire time I have played but since the update it has gotten pretty bad. I can’t even finish a path on story mode before I have to take a break.

Pleas look into this ASAP!

    My phone has been getting really hot ever since so long I can't remember... I can't even get through two raids in a row without the phone overheating and doing that glitchy thing where both bots avatar will start switching. I've had to standby ice packs for my phone. Have already taken the casing off the phone long time ago. Thankfully we had cooler weather in January so it was nice to have a hand warmer.
