We need milestone rewards for Crystal Bounty Arenas

Ive seen a few guys from my alliance leaving the game and the complaint is always the same. The new areans have turned this game into a job. Everything below 8% is irrelevant. Its too much time on the game. People are frustrated. Kabam lots of improvements but this is the biggest mistake. Even if you make the milestones high, its the psychology seeing the goal, as opposed to wasting hours and returning no reward

I don't touch arenas unless I'm mega bored or sitting on the pot....mega bored.
I don't have an entire day to grind to make 10% at best. Then you end up with nothing and a wasted day.
