Arcee evades Hound's special2 with precision ammo

So why did arcee evade special2 from my Hound while percision ammo was online, info says ranged attacks cannot be evaded. usually when its referring to basic ranged it is mentioned.

Sometimes, special attacks have different standards and are not consistent.
For example, they don't alter UM's resistance buff at all, whether they are purely ranged (IH's Sp2) or mixed (IH's Sp1). But they are subject to Mirage and Rhinox's shield: launch IH's Sp2/Sp3 against these tech bots and get laughed at. Launch Mirage's SP3 against duped Rhinox and get very shocked, etc.
As for evade, evade-active Sideswipe seldom (never?) evades from a landed special while Arcee is too happy to do that once she sees a "ranged" thing in any special 1&2. Soundwave's Sp1 for example, you land the punch, she evades the sonic blast, etc...

yes its kind of **** making a bot a ranged precision expert with ranged specials and have the specials suffer evasion.
