Please return back my rewards and my sparks

I have been banned for 7 days because i used unauthorized software which i have no idea the software is not belong to kabam.

Due to my action kabam has taken away all my rewards from playing ROK.
The most dissappointed things is kabam taken away 3 of my t2 alpha and 5 of my t3 basic spark which some of them i gain from my own effort before i used the software.

I am not satisfied because there is no warning regarding the software since i play this game and previously i have spent some real money to buy the offer from kabam

The weakness from kabam software which still can bring the rewards from illegal software to original software should not be burden to the players. U should solve this problem so it wont occur in the future.

So please return back all my rewards at both account which is prime_supreme81 and prime_mighty!!

If it got you through rok I'm sure it contributed to other things you got. You're seriously going to complain about cheating your way through? You're lucky they didn't just ban you

Also the rewards you get from that stuff clearly affects other players in raids, am, arena scores/ranking, etc

They should come outs with warning at 1st place to all players. Lets see if kabam listen to me... u all know my id is google id for email... i shall teach u all if they never fix this.. as i said....i never know it was illegal
