Bonecrusher bug? Anti-evade doesn't work?

I have never seen this passive get triggered before. Or an indicator saying that evade failed when opponent got bled by Bonecrusher. I've used a rank4 4* BC for months now and sideswipe, hot rod, barricade still successfully and easily evaded bonecrusher each time (even with many bleed stacks on after being hit by BC). Hope the devs can investigate as I suspect it is bugged.
