[BUG] Producing on base gold

Recently I noticed very huge gold producing cooldown for my 2* r3 Bumblebee it is 4 hours instead of 1 hour like for other 2* r3 bots!

I think this is deliberate, when you move your other 2* R3 bots the timer will be set like this, they've just altered the payout and timer.

Also, if I swap BB to another defense slot - timeout increases even if I swap it back to previous bot.

We did balance the gold output of this a little bit (with the launch of Away missions, since other resources will now be more available), but I will pass this on to the team to see if anything is funny.
