Was Bludgeon silently nerfed?

He used to crit more on specials instead of basics before the update. But now, it’s reversed, he crits A LOT more on basic attacks and rarely crits on his specials.
I’ve tested him against 1.6 Grimlock on attack barrier mod many times, and Grimlock now takes a lot of bleed debuffs on Bludgeon’s basic attacks, so his critical special attacks will do less damage but it does’t even crit at all, all I’m seeing is white numbers everywhere!

He's gonna Crit less on class disadvantage. Test it on a neutral battle

I've always thought bludgeon had a horrible crit rate for a warrior. Add to that how low the "chance to bleed on crit" percentage is and well... Don't get me wrong, with swordmasters synergy he can pull some insane hits. But I suspect that has more to do with having more "non critical hits" before he crits again.
