Kickback store 3 star issue

So i got a 3 star kickback but also earned enough to buy another 3 star kickback in the store but when i did purchase . Nothing happened. No change in current bot settings or levels. Next 3 star kickback went up to 20k credits. Issue? Help?

How many chips did you start with? The first bought will cost 10000 but the second one costs more. That's normal.
