Possible bug: Starscream's sp3 is not nullifying Blaster's buffs

I haven't checked if it's the case with the final boss, but in chapter 1 of Expert Spotlight, Blaster had 3 active buffs on him and Starscream didn't strip any of them when he triggered his sp3.
I'd appreciate someone looking into it to see if anything is amiss so it can be corrected. Thanks!
