Blaster S2 Stun

Can anyone confirm seeing Blaster's S2 stun? I've been using him extensively and reached 9 stacks several times and I've yet to see him stun once.

    Stunned by AI's Blaster? Sure. I mean the Blaster of 1st chapter, 1st mission, not the one with Stagger.
