Spark Inventory Capacity

Is there a way to know when a spark capacity will be increased? One of my allaince members is level 53 and can only hold 6 tier 2 alphas(has 1 expiring before he can use it, and they don't sell for anything) but I'm only level 48 and I can hold 7 tier 2 alphas. If it's gonna be random, like it seems, at least allow players to sell the alphas for gold so players don't just lose them for nothing

    It’s actually a bug. Just tell your alliance member to email support to get it increased to 7.
