Phone Overheating

ok, so this is still a really bad thing. I play on an Iphone 7 plus with latest ios, and my phone is getting ridiculously hot after 5 fights

this cant be right

    Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on it... Works perfectly on warm apple pie.

    Both my iPhone SE & iPad Air 2 both get very hot to the touch.
