Unable to raid some accounts

I have attempted to raid an account on 2 occasions and both times when you attempt to enter first fight it shows that unable to connect to servers as seen in the photos below. I use the ISO platform and can reset the app and then complete any other activity on the account. Once the raid times out I can then raid again against other accounts. can you please look into this as it can be very frustrating. Can anybody please assist me with this bug.
