Mod crystal shards

Right now the only way to really get mod crystal shards is through arena and forging lower tier mods which seem really reduced compared to bot shards! how about adding some to the spotlight mission rewards along with maybe some t2 mod spark crystal shards, or even a full crystal somewhere? Another thought is to add the next toer shards to pulling a mod like with the bot shards
