@Kabam Concord So playing Jazz I’d already say he needs a couple tweaks. Pretty fun to play with but his sig is counterintuitive to the confusion debuff. The debuff causes them to use specials draining their power bar and/or practically preventing the ability to stun. Personally I think his sig would be better tied to his crit buffs or simply a lower % but always active, it doesn’t work well with confusion. Perhaps if s2 applied a longer debuff there could be potential, see below.
Also consider making his s2 apply confusion for 10 seconds. It really should be a bit longer than the standard heavy. I get it locks s3 but adding a few seconds does not make it OP and allows a little more time for setup and helps his sig as it stands.
