Missing character chips and unused character chips

Hi there guys,

I've seen a few threads about the character chips and how to earn them but I haven't seen an answer to the following questions.

1. I'm short about 435 Cheetor chips to get a 3 star Cheetor. The raids, alliances, and special mission have transferred over to jazz chips. How can't I get the remaining chips I need?

2. If I'm unable to get those chips, is there a way to use those chips towards the next character chip?

Theres nothing you can do and no way to use them towards the new bot. Your just put of luck
