    Shouldn't have to guess. Someone should let us know if we're wasting our time commenting and making topics or if they're being mulled over and/or discussed.

    Whether its 1hr timers or 30 our bg is in section 3 without using energy items then we finish in the morning. So I dont see the need for more stress of people whining I'm not moving every 30 min
