MV1 and Hound Heal synergy 7+5=10 ?

In raids I only get 10% heal with a r5 4S Mv1 and 4s Hound. Aren't we supposed to get 12%?

    Kabam always use code language,,, Like Star Seeker,, people got high about The attack buff until they focused on word "Exponentially" ...
    So, clarify what is "base health" ,,is it same as Max Health... Or it refers to current health.

    I assume it's base max health. As I still regenerate 10% at the start even if my health is at 30 or 60 or 88%

    Do you have a health relic on? Maybe it excludes extra health from relics and then repairs.... Or what so ever

    Yes since we got rid of the penny we round up or down so in reality 12 = 10.
