Christmas in the raid store

So I don't know ow if this was a mistake or Kabam feeling unusually generous but I'm digging the raid store today. Is this something we might see from time to time? It's had me glued to my game all day long... although I've been raided every hour since it's come about, but I'm ok with it.
Only thing that chaps me though...I'm being raided every hour yet the majority of bases I get are Q bases, so I'm raiding ALL DAY LONG and still losing medals. This really should be fixed.
