Opened 10x Premium Bot Crystal, got 9 bots

As title says. The box said "opened 10 crystals, 9 duplicates" but when counting the bots, there are only 9. 3 3-stars, 6 2-stars. Have screenshot, how do I add?

    If a bot is max sig it will not show portrait just give ore

    That is it then. Do have 2 bots with sig 100. Time to stop buying crystals then it seems.
