Tantrum not purifying burn

@Kabam Miike @Kabam Tenebrous I've been raiding for this event with Tantrum and he's not purifying burns from Hound and Ramjet. Unless someone can show it working it appears to be broken on burns. Works fine on bleeds and shocks.
I didn't see this anywhere yet as a bug.
