Bot suggestions and stats Cyclonus, Scrouge and Rodimus Prime

Made idea for Cyclonus

Cyclonus (G1)
Classs: Warrior
Faction: Decepticon
Abilities:
Ranged attacks - When attacking dashing openers that are not unstoppable they do 2x more damage, if they’re unstoppable they do 100% less damage.
Heavy attack (which ranged that shots 2 missiles) - has 10% chance for each missle to inflict burn debuff.
Passive - Being Forged by Unicron Cyclonus has 40% - 50% Crtial resistance
All attacks - 20% - 40% chance to inflict bleed debuff.
Special 1 - Transform and attack - Cyclonus has a 20% to disable opponent crtial buffs for 30% seconds (lasts longer on Scouts) and have a 50 to burn oppent per missle attack.
Special 2 - Decepticons attack - Cyclonus gains a 40% crtial buff.
Special 3 - Cyclonus the warrior and his armada - Cyclonus has a 70% to inflictca anti-evade buff for 20 - 30 seconds it prevents all evades and miss buffs from activing or effecting, current active ones will be removed.
(The Special 3 has Cyclonus Fire his weapon on the bot he’s fighting and then Transforms and flies into the air and then a bunch of Cyclonus’ appears on the battle field and fires on the opponent for a few seconds and Cyclonus fires missiles on the opponent [Like in Transformers the movie] before landing and ends the special 3)
Signature ability - You dare disrespect your ancestors - When Cyclonus is fighting a Autobot he has a 20% chance to stun if he fighting a Decepticon he gains a healing effect when his health is bellow 50% and heals 10% heath.
Synergies -
Enemies - Ultra Magnus, Arcee, and Rodimus Prime (scroll lower for more info) - gains 5 - 10 % attack rating - mutual
Allies - Scrouge, Tantrum - gains 5 - 10 armor rating - mutual
Lieutenants - Galvatron - outgoing - Galvatron’s Dark Burn effect drains 20 - 40% off their power.
Incoming - Cyclonus gains 5 - 10% armor and attack rating.
Possession - Starscream, Whasp, Scrouge.
Outgoing - Starscream chance of evading heavy attacks have beeen doubled.
Incoming - Cyclonus heals 1- 5 of the attack he deals to his opponent.
Strong match ups:
Evasive and high crtial bots - Bots like Sidewipes will be in trouble against Cyclonus and bots like Kick back will unable to inflict debuffs and render Irionhide helpless.
Weak Match ups:
Motormaster, Ramject, Megatron (both), and Tantrum - Those bots frequently use unstoppable buffs and make Cyclonus’ ranged attacks useless.
Grinder, Primal, and some other brawlers - They can turn his bleeds against him, most of them don’t have evade buffs and their armor will make his attacks inefective.
Recommend mods:
Laser guide module - His rage attacks will fly faster and be harder to dodge even by Scouts.

    Scrouge (G1)
    Class : Scout
    Abilities:
    When doing heavy attack (which is ramming into opponent) heavy Scrouge has a 60% for ranged attacks to miss him, chance is dropped to 30% against special ranged attacks.
    Crtial hits - Scrouge has 40% to steal 1-5 power of his oppent.
    When dashing - Every second he’s dashing he gains a crtial 100% buff until the next crtial hit.
    All attacks - Scrouge ignores 50% all sheild buffs reduction, crtial hits increase it to 100% and has a 50% to stop attacks from being reflected.
    When shocked - He purify all the Shock debuffs and Repair blocksafter 3 seconds they have been inflicted if it’s isn’t Shock it takes 50% less damage and instantly heals (
    Special 1: Sweep - He lives up to his groups name - He scans for weak spots and gains a 50% crtial melee buff for 10 seconds. (Timer starts some time after Special attack is over).
    Special 2: I though we we’re going to have fun? - Scrouge nullifies all shield buffs and inflicts 10% instant Shock.
    Special 3: Termiate him/her - Does his being deja vu? - Scrouge has 100% chance to infect power lock for 40 seconds.
    (Scrouge immobilize his oppent and then flies to the air and the other 3 Sweeps come and fire on the opponent [Like when they killed Ultra Magnus in Transformers the movie] and the opponent drops to the ground and Scrouge transforms and lands on the ground)
    Signature ability: The tracker.
    Scrouge design to hunt down his enemies and destory them - When Scrouge’s oppents health is bellow 30% first he has 001% to instantly knock his opponent out, if Scrouge is bellow 30% health first he gains a permanent 20% evade, Crtial buff, attack and opponent gains power 20% slower until his health is higher.
    Synergies:
    Allies: Cyclonus, Tantrum, Bludgeon - 5-10% armor - Mutual
    Lieutenants - Galvatron- outgoing - When will of Unicron is active Galvatron gains immunity to damaging debuff and purifys them if his signature is not awakened then Galvatron have a 30% chance to purify debuffs when fully charged.
    Lieutenants - Galvatron - Incoming - Scrouge gains 10% armor and attack rating.
    Enemies - Ultra Magnus, Arcee, Rodimus Prime
    Possession - Starscream - Outgoing -Starscream has a 15% chance to ignore a evade and nullifies them.
    Possession - Starscream - incoming - Scrouge heals 5% of his dealt damage.
    Strong match ups:
    Soundwave - Most of Scrouge’s attacks will be not reflected back turning the Sonic Shield useless...
    Mirage, Soundwave, Rhinox, and Blaster - Scrouge will make their shielding in ineffective.
    Shockwave, Starscream, and Ratchet - Those bot inflicts loads of Shocks and those will heal Scrouge.
    Weak Matxh ups:
    Cyclonus and Hound - Those bots will ignore his miss and evades making the Sweep helpless...
    Bonecrusher: Scrouge has no protection against bleeds and crtial attacks will outweigh the risks than the benefits.
    Dinobot and Arcee - Dashing will punish the Sweep when he tries to gain crtial buffs.
    Recommend modules:
    E.M.I Module - Scrouge will be even harder to hit with higher miss rate and slower projectiles.
    Transwarp cell: Scrouge using his heavy attack more often will be good strategy.
    Nightbird’s mask: The module is made for Scrouge with higher crital attacks, and evades and with signature with his will make it unstoppable
  • My ideas for Rodimus Prime.
    Rodimus Prime (G1)
    Faction: Autobot
    Class: Tacticain
    Abilities:
    When using heavy attack - Rodimus Prime gains 10% melee buffs for every member in his squad.
    Passive - Being a Prime Rodimus Prime gains 10% passive armor rating and 50% damage reduction against bleeds, and shocks.
    All melee attacks (including specials) - Has a 30% chance inflicts armor breaks amplifing 20% more damage the opponent give for 15 - 25 seconds and removes armor buff if the opponent has armor buffs he inflicts extra breaks for each armror buff.
    Heavy attacks and dashing - Gains unstoppable effect and when he stops dashing he keeps unstoppable for 10- 15 seconds.
    Special attack 1: Hit the road - Rodimus Prime has a 20% for each atrack to inflict burn effect (which can’t be purified).
    Special 2: Hot Rod (no pun intended) - Rodimus Prime inflicts burn which drains melee and attack rate buffs.
    Special 3: Transform and roll out - Rodimus Prime inflicts a permanent armor break and prevent any more armor buffs from activating and gains a unstoppable buff after the attack for 40 seconds.
    Signature ability: Now light our darkest hour- When it’s the darkest hour you need the Matirx - When Rodimus Prime has damaging debuff on him a he purifys them and heals 5% of his max health per buff in addition when he is bellow 20% health he becomes invincible for 30 seconds and damaging debuffs.
    Synergies:
    Enemies - Galvatron, Cyclonus, Scrouge, Tantrum.
    Lieutenants: Ultra Magnus, Arcee
    Incoming - Ultra Magnus- Rodimus Prime’s gains a special attack resistance when his oppent users their special attack (doesn’t work on special 3 and can be nullified by Whasp)
    Incoming - Arcee - Rodimus Prime has a 20% chance to gain a projectile speed and damage buff for 20 seconds Rodimus Prime’s range attack damage by 10% after evading range attacks.
    Leaders - Optimus Prime - mutual - both bots have 20% chance to be revied and heal to 40% health after getting knocked out.
    Strong Match ups:
    Everyone - He is a reason he is the leader of the Autobots with very few weaknesses he will be a worty fighter.
    MV1 Optimus Prime, Optimus Primal, and Grindor - Rodimus Prime will tear through their armor easily and stop any new armor buffs from being activated.
    Bonecruher and Shockwave - The King of bleeds and the walking computer will will be no match for the Autobot leader and their debuffs will be turned against them.
    Motormaster - The king of the road will be outmatched as Rodimus Prime’s unstoppable will out last his.
    Weak Match ups:
    Galvatron and Megatron (Revenge of the fallen) - Rodimus Prime can’t purify Galvatron’s Dark Burn and Megatron’s Impear charges making it impossible for the Autobot Leadsr to heal.
    Megatron (G1) and Barricade - Megatron at low health will trigger his unstoppable buff and Barricade will trigger his evasion and crtial damage everytime he uses his heavy attack so it will be punish those who relay on “Roll out too much”.
    Starscream and Ultra Magnus - Those bots will stop the Autobot leader from getting stronger and Starscream will Punish him even further.
    Recommend Modules:
    Transwarp Cell - The Autobot leader will use his roll out to get more buffs more often.
    Exo-filter - The Autobot leadsr will heal more and get unstoppable more.
