Jazz First 4* - Any Good?

Hi. Just started playing and pulled a 4 star Jazz. Any advice appreciated. Thanks.

    Sorry. But yeah, lucky you! Jazz is dope, still trying to get him as a 4*. In my experience, I’d say he’s one of the best scouts available right now.

    Any 4s is good when you are starting out. I decide who is good by asking :
    1. Does this bot help me complete Master Missions
    2. Is it useful in Raids
    3. Is he good as part of my AM team.
    So what may be good for you might not be for me.

    As a scout my top pick would still be WB, Prowl and Cheetor. In fact my next R5 might be Cheetor because his Sp1 has healblock and bleed , and this is great against energon sheild mods
