5 Star R3 Fast Passes or more chances to get non-random T3C sparks

@Kabam Miike is there any chance something like this will be making it into the next update?
It's all starting to blur together when I first started seeing the 4 star Fast Passes so I don't know if it's too soon to have them for 5 Stars, but we definitely need to start having more control over which T3C sparks we can get, just like T2C. These random ones just don't get the job done when you're needing 3 of the same class and you have 0 of them.
Even having T3C essence you can earn in dailies would be a start, but we really do need more access to U-Pick T3C as 5 Stars become more integrated into rosters.
