Mastery setups for specific bots

Has anyone ever played around with Masteries for specific bots? I played with mine a bit a while back trying to make my #1 guy, Prowl, more efficient, and it seemed to work when I aimed the mastery set up towards offense rather than defense.
I'd like to see what players have done to boost a specific bot....

    Other than Deep wound for Bleeders, Stupefy for Stunners, I don't find too many bot specific masteries in the strict sense.

    I always spend in offense, because how many hits you can really take in high level. Mission,,, and in low or normal ones you don't get to be hit anyway
