Upcoming Changes to Ranking Up Mods

Greetings Commanders,
Heads up! We're doing some further tuning on Mods and the way that you rank them up. Starting tomorrow morning (PDT), you will no longer require T2 Basic Sparks to rank a 3-Star Mod from Rank 1 to 2, but instead will require 3 Tier 1 Sparks.
We anticipate that this will make it easier for players to strengthen their Mods, and to reinforce their base.
This is only for Rank Ups that you conduct going forward, and will not be applied retroactively.
NOTE: You must be on the latest release of the game to see these changes (v1.1)
