communication with server is broken

since update almost everytime there is communication with server the game either loads for a minute or just out right disconnects.. please fix this

what is the device you are using
what time of the day you are playing
what wifi/internet
which hand you tap with
what phone system
what did you eat for lunch

yea it is most likely what you did wrong along those lines not Kabam.
