Raid shields in the raid store

I'd like to see this. I hit the 2000 medal mark quite a while ago, yet continue to hover at the 1800 mark because I can't seem to keep up without spending energon. I put up a shield last night and seconds after my shield expired I was raided and lost 7000 chips.

    They seems to be rarer. I remember hitting 1-2% in the base bounty but received no shields?
