Teammates disappear from AM map until restart app

It used to be that sometimes teammate would disappear from map if they were fighting on a node while I was watching. Going back to base screen and back to AM would show them again.
After this week's update, I will go to AM map and one teammate will be gone altogether from map even though I wasn't watching them battle. The only way to get the teammate to show up again is to close the app and restart it.
Really annoying since I went down the wrong AM3 path since I thought nobody was on it at first glance, although if I were less bleary eyed at AM start, I would have noticed all the empty spots that my invisible teammate cleared.
