    It’s kinda up to you a power house 5star or power house 4star with abilities the 5star doesn’t have?
    Supposedly I’ve heard duped 4stars are better at the moment

    Level 5 4* duped is better than level 2 5* ..your question left a lot of place
    If they are at the same level ..than the duped version is better of course
