Tact Fast Pass

i have a screen that shows a fast pass for a 5* and the in game mail is for a 4*. 3k energon is a lot to get ripped off. which is it?

    had to restart the game for both deals to show up. I always restart at 10 am but i forget that the changes aren't always on time.
