Cyclonus Immediate Suggestion for Specials and Nullify

I'm kind of liking Cyclonus. The dark field is a little tricky but a unique mechanic and I like that it can nullify anything, however I have a few immediate suggestions. He's already r5 4* so I can see the damage he does.
His specials seem to really lack damage output so his damage buffs should lock in when performing a special. This is the same issue Galvatron had with his dark charges on s2 before he was updated so they locked during the animation. For example, I think his damage would be much better balanced if you locked in the ranged buff while performing his s2. Working around the timing of the buffs and special bars seems fair.
Also what is the priority for nullify? The latest buff? It should prioritize mods first which would give it a much better utility.
