How to get Transwarp Cell Mod?

I’m never been able to obtain this, I have tried a ton of crystals and it’s never even an option. How do I obtain this?

    I don't think it's even offered anymore. I've been trying to dup mine for months

    I guess I started playing after they stopped being in game. But I was curious if I was just missing something.

    Exclusive mod crystal I think is where you get it. Of course you only get one crystal for hitting the 2000 medal achievment.

    I'm necroing this because I don't see any reason to keep it exclusive. It should follow Paralyzer to join the normal pool to balance the Utility mods. Now there are only 2 of them against 4 of Attack and Defense, each.
