Assassin Master issue

Do you guys think Assassin Master is really in effect? while the enemy's health below 18%, we are expecting a 25% or even 40% extra attack rating, that would be a significant effect, isn't it? but it seems I don't see a very big change on attack result... what you think?

    I think it's your bot's health at 18%, not enemy's.

    No, it says " if enemies start the fight below 18%, your bots also gain 25% ... "

    So it's for sure saying the enemy's health.

    it’s enemies health, and it does work i see the damage go up below 18%
