What are the Sharkticons' Official Stats?

I'm just a bit curious as to how effective these abilities are. For example, the Demo Sharkticon''s Sp2 increases Ranged Attack Rating, but by what percent?

Or the Tech Sharkticon's Sp1. It does Power Burn, but how much Power does it Burn by percentage?

I know nobody uses these Bots, but I'm still a bit curious about the stats. Thank you for your time.
