Raid Store Superconductors. Worth the buy?

Are the superconductors worth the buy? I don't know anyone with them, and would like some insight.

    be prepared to spend lots of energons on shields and raid all the time if u plan to buy them. The moment u hoard so much raid chips u are a huge magnet to raiders out there.

    They're only worth it if you have bots with difficult to dodge SP1 or SP2. Getting them is a pain in time and Energon. I'm not sure it's worth it as good players will still be able to crush any base defence.

    kinda of useless unless they bestow the defender with passive power gain over time as well.

    They do give power gain over time
