Game Keeps Crashing

I'm running the game on my Moto G5 Plus, Android version 7.0.
I am on the Verizon network.
I notice that the game crashes every time I go into battle on the Megatronus special mission "Grave Consequences" Medium rank to fight Jazz. This happens with any and every bot I throw against him, the game starts loading the battle but crashes before the battle even begins.
I've tried aborting the mission and restarting it with different Bots. I've tried uninstalling, restarting my phone, and reinstalling the app. Neither have done anything to resolve the issue.
This has been happening to me on and off for months now. I'm almost used to it. But this time it happened right after I bought something with real money from the Energon store. I cannot believe you would punish paying customers like this.
