New Mods..?

Ive seen somewhere someone mentioned having an option to put a mod on buts during missions i think that would a cool odea and we couod have Attack and Defenses Mods, i think it would be cool and also think we couod use more mods i was looming at my mods and i have the same 7-8 mods three or four times, not sure if theres other threads on this but thought id bring it up
