5 Star Tech Awakening program - Help me decide

I can only use this on either Shockwave or Rhinox

    Neither. Keep it for someone who needs to be awakened. Both of them do fine unduped.

    Duping rhinox gives him a bit more extra edge. ShockWave sign is not useful in high end fights at low level.
    And Mirage can really be benefited, or WheelJack IN future.

    Yeah save it and start hoarding crystals for the next 5* tech bot. then go ham and raid for the remainder of chips needed for the 5*. by this time maybe you have a stash of tech t3s to instantly go to rank 4.
