Transformers comics

Aendelan

Hey guys, recently I’ve been reading into transformers unicron. I was wondering what all I need to read before this series? I honestly have no clue what’s going on, but it seems awesome.

I have not read any comics but i have researched enough to know what is going on. For IDW there are two phases, phase on and phase two. I would suggest getting this (https://www.idwpublishing.com/product/transformers-idw-collection-phase-two-vol-1/) it contains all the phase two comics (optimus prime, MTMTE, etc). They come in ten volumes. I will get it soon. Just my 2 cents
