Bot uses special while i combo

When i use a bot in arena, i get a melee combo after some ranged. But sometimes when the ai bot has a bar or more power, i hit 2 times to start a combo and THEY USE A SPECIAL! How does a bot use a special when YOU ARE MAKING A COMBO? The AI should NOT use a special when you are hitting it repeatedly

Similar to my problem. This is very annoying
