Idea for Away Missions

Just had an idea for making Away missions (slightly) more interesting/challenging.
How about introducing a "Synergy Bonus" where we get a bit extra reward for using Bots with synergy.
This will make us put a little more thought into who we use in away missions and will help players to learn what bots have synergy with other bots.
Thoughts?

I'd like it of I actually got away missions that gave me something other than common crap

Also, i reckon they should also put items in away missions (like revive kits, energy refuel, etc) and also get rid of t1c essence, put t2c essence as common, put t1a and t2a as rare, and put 4* crystals as rare too
