Just got him as my 3rd 5*

    Very decent, even at R1.
    Makes quick work of these 4* R5:
    - Arcee
    - Bonecrusher
    - Cheetor
    - Rhinox
    - Soundwave
    - Shockwave
    - Prowl
    - Kickback
    - Jazz
    - Grimlock
    - OG Prime


    But horrid against
    - UM
    - MM

    Hot Rod can be a heavy hitter when used correctly, especially when paired with Mirage and a 5* with crit bonuses. Great bot.

    No problem. I’ve currently duped my 5* hotrod and got the sparks to take him up to r4. I think seems worthy so i might do it

    Any bot goob if you know how to use them with 2 exceptions being Mixmaster & Jazz. They suck constructively. No warning for that Kabam Ahab, I said constructively. 😂

    Blitz attack, dodge, blitz, SP1, blitz, evade, SP2.
    Took 18% damage without getting hit, though

    @Inqosly just did a few videos on HR. Took out Mix and SS in ROK with ease.

    As long as you don’t get combo happy with hot rod while BC is under deceleration, you can keep the Crit rate relatively low for a warrior.

    Diffcult to do in longer fights, but it does work in arena level matches. Restrict your ranged game, play patiently and try to force him to dash, which you sidestep, land a combo and spam sp1 when you can. Barely any crits, very little bleeds.

    The occasional Crit will fly out though, so don’t try it on rok BC, or a hardest path master spotlight one. It can be done though

    I have one in 5*R1 and 4* R3. Have never really cared for him. I guess I will start focusing on ranking him up on 5* once I max him out on 4*.
