single Alliance Mission revive kit missing

In the most recent item use event, it lists 'Use any tier single Alliance Mission revive kit' as giving 1500 points.

Is this item supposed to be available for purchase? When a bot dies in Alliance mission, I'm not given the option of buying a single use revive, only a team revive, and I cannot find it in the shop

Is this intended or a bug?
