Strange Refractor: glitch or just unfair pain?

Don’t know if this has been talked about or not. Past couple months it seems like SR is on steroids. Most of the time I can only make 1 attack or move & freeze, 1 motion & freeze, over & over like this. It didn’t use to be like this. Anyone else notice anything about it?

You should only get stunned when the opponent is blocking, I try to use a RRMLLLH combo whenever I attack against someone on an opponent on SR instead of just dashing in. That way they have no chance of blocking when you go in for that melee.
