Mission alpha spark didn't begin

Now, 14:00 I know, that mission alpha spark has started. I didn't see in my acc current mission. And that happened in second time in my account.
I need your help.

    If the mission should have spawned, but didn't, please try to close and restart the App. This usually solves the issue.

    Hello, I did restart, it is not help. I saw in my clan members the mission has opened, and in my acc not. I check it in few devices ( iPad, iPhone) . Help me please, I can't collect the alpha pieces..

    It doesn't start same time for everyone it's based on different timezones

    I'm from Israel, I have same time zone with Russia, why are my friends it's appearing and in my acc not?

    I still think that is bug. So can you change time zone of my acc to same time zone of my alliance? I didn't see when the alpha spark mission need to begin.
