I don’t believe these were even purchased cause only Thunder Cracker and Lockdown were mentioned

Which is why, if you put a yellow colored 100% accurate Batman, and call him Ratman, in a Marvel comic, you'd get your arse litigated.

But some deals, like Marvel, DC, et al, won't allow usage of certain characters due to a myriad of reasons.
Heck, even TF Zone, Scramble City can't be touched.
What i was telling @Jazz444 is there must be some kind of directive from Hasbro.
If it was a licensing issue, there'd be a cease and desist.
They've already paid for these bots.
A palette swap would be ok, temporarily, to satiate players.
Rather than see the uninformed come up with conspiracy theories.

Well they have said in the past that Hasbro had a lot of input in deciding the class of a bot etc so
I think they will have retained a lot of influence. I remember when Kabam used to get criticises massively for bot classes (Dinobot springs to mind) ans that is when they told us it was actually Hasbro who had the final say. Perhaps the agreement allowed them to keep using the developed content but not develop new content when or if the plug was pulled?
